The Frightful Fine Print
Effective 2026-10-15
For visitors
Respect the displays. Every stop on the Celebration of Frights tour is someone's home, not an actual attraction. Stay on sidewalks, paths, and driveways. Keep your hands (and claws) off decorations unless invited to touch, and kindly leave if asked.
Follow all posted signs and instructions from homeowners. Their house, their rules! And if the porch lights are out, that display is closed for the night.
Don't make the roads a nightmare. Keep your eyes peeled for traffic, cross at corners, drive slowly, and park legally. Never block driveways, and bring a flashlight to help you navigate after dark. The only scares we want are the fun ones!
Children should always be accompanied by an adult. Each homeowner chooses their own scare rating, but remember, what's a giggle for one might be a nightmare for another. Use your judgment when choosing which displays are right for your little ghosts.
Sometimes a house disappears! Homes may close early, change their hours, or leave the tour altogether. Listings may also be removed at any time. We do our best to keep the map up to date, but even our crystal ball can't guarantee it's always accurate.
Each spooky stop is created and operated by its homeowner. The Celebration of Frights does not own, control, or inspect participating properties or displays, and is not responsible for incidents that occur at them. You visit at your own risk, so use common sense and enjoy the tour safely!
Above all, be kind to your fellow ghouls and the neighbours who make this spooky tradition possible. Happy haunting!
For homeowners
You're the master of your own Halloween display! You're responsible for your property, decorations, and the safety of visitors at your home, just like any other Halloween. Please only register a home you live in or have permission to include.
Before your house appears on the map, organizers will review your listing. We may approve, decline, make small edits (like removing personal information), or remove a listing at any time.
